Immaculate Auto Repair & Service

I have purchased 2 vehicles from them over the past few years and have had the best experience with both. The staff is very professional but more importantly they are friendly and very real people. I would recommend them for your used car purchases. They take care of you at the time of sale and after.

I loved my experience here! KC and Bill were very kind and honest with me. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend them to people I know. It’s refreshing to find an honest and upfront repair shop, as most of the rest simply just want your money.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will be returning to Immaculate Auto and Bill for future services on my MDX. Their pricing and quality of parts exceed all dealers and specialty service centers I shopped around for. They don't cut corners, and are very efficient. I had rotors, brakes (and all the hardware), and tires on both axles replaced, and full synthetic oil/filter change. I saved over $600 over the closest competitor I could find within 25 miles of West Jordan. Quality and service were not sacrificed! The leadership there are very friendly, give honest assessments, and do not do anything to try and "up sell" or "find thing wrong", like so many other places tend to do. KC and Bill did amazing at cultivating a "relationship" with me instead of it feeling like a business transaction, which speaks volumes and a good precursor to quality service. Not only did they perform the services I requested, but went the extra mile by replacing some small hardware/retaining items on the emergency brake that were worn, at no cost, simply ensuring my vehicle was safe all around!! I was even introduced to the sales staff while I was there, expressing interest in possibly getting my 15 year old something

"I had a fantastic experience selling my car to Immaculate Cars. It started when Jeremy reached out to me directly after seeing the ad for my car that I had for sale. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly young salesman who immediately directed me to Jeremy. Both Jeremy and KC went out of their way to make me feel like a VIP, and Mike and Bill made the entire process seamless and professional from start to finish. It was fair, fast, and stress-free. I also noticed the cars on the lot are stunning—they truly live up to the 'Immaculate' name! Based on this experience, I would absolutely buy from them in the future. If you want to sell your vehicle to a team that provides top-tier service, I highly recommend them!"

I have had a few of my vehicles go through the shop so far. I had a civic with a blown transmission and a truck that I wanted lifted and all set up. I had a great experience both times and won’t hesitate to come back.
